The battery of this work light is jointly protected against overcharging and over-discharging by the internal battery board and the power board, ensuring safety and an extended lifespan.

Battery Board Protection: - When the battery reaches 100% charge, the protection board automatically disconnects the charging. - When the battery is discharged to 10%, the protection board automatically disconnects the discharging.

Power Board Protection: - If the battery power drops below 10%, the battery will be pre-charged with a small current when plugged in. - Once the battery exceeds 10% charge, it will be charged with a constant current. - As the battery approaches 95% charge, the charging current will gradually decrease, and it will enter a constant voltage mode until the battery reaches 100% charge.

The discharge current remains constant until the end, ensuring that both brightness levels won't diminish as the battery runs low.

Full Charging Time: 4-4.5 hours, until all four indicators are solid and not blinking. After a full charge, the work light can operate for 2.2 hours in high brightness and 5.5 hours in low brightness. Please use a 5V2A adapter or higher to charge this mechanics work light. (Adapter not included in the package)
